Access to electronic court records is determined by the user's role and applicable statutes, rules, and administrative policy as prescribed by the Florida Supreme Court.
The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller's Office offers members of the general public access to court records through our Online Court Records Search tool, in accordance with our disclaimers.
Attorneys of Record can request enhanced access to certain court records by submitting an Attorney of Record Registration Agreement to the Information Technology Department of the Clerk & Comptroller's Office at 14236 6th Street, Dade City, FL 33523-3414.
After approval of a user's registration request, the Clerk will notify the user of a unique login ID and password to access the permitted court records. The user will select the attorney access option through our Online Court Records Search tool, in accordance with our disclaimers.
