The Information Systems Audit Director is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the Clerk of Circuit Court’s electronic data processing auditing function. Includes planning, organizing and directing detailed audit programs covering all phases of electronic data processing controls, application and security procedures.

Develops a comprehensive plan identifying proposed audits, assessing the degree of risk inherent to the activities of the office and also any requirements of state laws, regulations or office policies and procedures. Reviews and analyzes existing computerized management information systems and proposes appropriate means and ways to ensure that adequate controls and user satisfaction are being maintained.

Assists Internal Audit department in the performance of their duties.
