Technical Support's primary function includes, but is not limited to the care of
all hardware (servers, PC's, scanners & printers), communications and networking
equipment. They maintain all computer operating systems and databases, install
software and oversee most of the computer security for the organization. They do
the purchasing; receiving and installing of computer related equipment for the
entire Clerk's organization. Technical Support is also responsible for the
programming related to the Interactive Voice Response System and the Clerk's Web
Site.
