EDP Training's primary function includes, but is not limited to
providing computer customer (user) support and training to all employees of the
Clerk's office. Training sessions are held onsite to help employees strengthen
their computer skills in various areas such word processing, use of spreadsheets
and databases.
Other responsiblities of EDP Training include writing and updating user manuals
and documentation, testing new applications written by the Clerk's programming
staff and provide input on usability and ease of use, and assisting the MIS
Director with special projects.
