Electronic filing streamlines the delivery of court-filed documents, reduces the time and costs involved, improves access to documents and other important case information.

The following case types are required to be electronically filed in Pasco County after 11/01/2005:
  • All new estate and guardianship cases
  • All Incapacity Cases
  • All interim and closing pleadings that were filed as new cases
