Nikki Alvarez-Sowles - Chief Operations Officer
Reporting directly to Paula S. O'Neil, the Chief Operations Officer
manages and directs all business operations functions and related
activities for the Office of Clerk and Comptroller. As Chief
Operations Officer, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles provides the necessary
liaison and staff support between the directors, employees, public and judiciary,
County Commissioners and the Clerk & Comptroller. The Chief Operations Officer
oversees the divisions that are responsible for the operations of the office,
including the Criminal Courts, Civil Courts, Information Technology, and Records Divisions.
