Court Records Online

The Court Records searches permit searching by name within case type or date ranges. Cases may also be access directly via case number. The records returned will include the case status, the party information and the case events. The Florida Supreme Court has placed restrictions on the viewing of images of the court documents on the Internet. However, many court documents such as Final Judgments, Lis Pendens and others are recorded in the Official Records. Searching by party name in the Official Records will provide access to the documents that are permitted on the Internet.
Searches are available for Civil, Probate, Domestic Relations and Guardianship cases. Searches for Criminal, Traffic and Ordinance case records are provided via myFloridaCounty.com Courts Records Search Request a Court File Redaction
