The Support Services Division provides assistance to the Board of CountyCommissioners by attending all County Commission meetings and workshops as well as any Councils and Committees of the Board as directed by them. This Division also records, produces, indexes, and distributes the official minutes of those meetings.

The Support Services Division is the custodian of the County Seal, resolutions, ordinances, and contracts entered into by Pasco County. Additionally, this Division processes all appeals before the Property Appraisal Adjustment Board and processes all tax deed applications and conducts sales.

It is the Support Services Division that records, microfilms, and indexes all instruments as required by law. The Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court maintains two microfilm libraries (one in East Pasco and one in West Pasco) for the public to use. Court documents, liens, judgments, mortgages, deeds, marriage licenses, final orders and assignments are among the recorded documents found in the library. Indexes to these records can be searched online. Image files and microfilm are available for viewing in the libraries. Copies of recorded documents may also be purchased.

Finally, this Division provides two locations for the application and issuance of marriage licenses and passports.
