The Clerk's Office Mailroom operation is responsible for mail delivery
to all departments in the Clerk's Office. The Mailroom personnel collect
the incoming mail from the Post Office and the checks received are
entered into the computer to provide tracking reports to the departments
for cashiering. The outgoing mail is sent to the mailroom by all
departments to be processed by regular or pre-sort metered mail.
The mail is then transported to the Post Office for delivery by the
US Postal Service.
