After your marriage ceremony has been performed, your
LICENSE MUST BE RETURNED TO THIS
OFFICE FOR RECORDING.
- If you want to return to the Office of The Clerk of the Circuit Court to be
married:
- No appointments are necessary between 8:30am and 5:00pm. It would be helpful
to arrive no later than 4:30pm.
- There is a $30 cash fee for ceremonies performed by deputy clerks.
