The announcement marks another milestone in the advancement of the Pasco Clerk & Comptroller’s Office technologies. While our electronic workflow has transformed how citizens file court cases, providing round-the-clock convenience from any location, we have taken another step forward to overcome the last remaining benefit of a paper-driven court.
In the past, individuals could access case filings at the Clerk's Office before they were processed. This level of access proved indispensable, particularly for high-profile cases. Now, Clerk Nikki Alvarez-Sowles is happy to announce this access has been recreated in the digital realm with the introduction of the New Filings Viewer available in the Legal Resource Centers at the New Port Richey and Dade City Courthouses.
This new viewer empowers the public and media to instantly access newly filed Pasco County Circuit Civil, County Civil, and Small Claims cases and pleadings on-site in the comfort of the Legal Resource Center. However, certain cases containing confidential information will not be available for public review.
Clerk Nikki Alvarez-Sowles cordially invites you to visit one of our Legal Resource Centers, where you can try out the New Filings Viewer and experience our commitment to enhancing transparency, convenience, and efficiency.
