Waiting in a long line can be a very frustrating experience. We’ve all been there. But you won’t see those long lines at the Pasco Clerk & Comptroller’s Office.
By logging onto www.pascoclerk.com and clicking on the get in line online button, on bottom left of the home page, you can see what services are available at the location that is nearest you. Enter your phone number and click on the service you are requesting and voila, there is the wait time in real time. Then, you can make the decision to get in line online, or plan to make a trip at a different time. The service is also available on a free downloadable app for your smartphone.
Even if you don’t elect to use the online portal, using our new system makes office visits that much easier. Since many customers will elect to sign in online, you won’t see a line of people waiting for their turn. Once you arrive at the location of your choice, the kiosks are well marked and visible. Choose your service and enter your phone number or ask the machine for a ticket and you are set. In minutes, you’ll hear a voice call for you. Visit one of our smiling Teammates and soon you will be on your way!
