Representatives attempting to file new probate, guardianship, and estate cases electronically have been thwarted recently by an outage at File and ServeXpress. The Office of Clerk & Comptroller is aware of the difficulty.

File and ServeXpress is a vendor contracted by our Office to perform this electronic-filing service. This is a vendor issue unrelated to the operation of our website or our Office.

We are in constant contact with the company as its troubleshooting team works to resolve the problem.

In the interim, counsel needing to file new probate, guardianship, and/or estate cases are urged to contact us directly by telephoning (352) 521-4542, Option 4 (Dade City), or (727) 847-8031, Option 4 (New Port Richey).
