Attorneys, take note: The Judicial Automated Workflow System – JAWS – went live online last week for Pasco County cases, taking a huge bite out of shuffling of paper through the court system.
Though the new system has the same look and feel as longstanding Pinellas JAWS, Pasco JAWS is a separate entity. Accordingly, attorneys must create accounts in the Pasco JAWS system, even if they have accounts in the Pinellas JAWS system using the same information. Review the procedures here.
Attorneys also should review the judges’ practice preferences to see how each is using JAWS in her/his respective division or section.
