As the Clerk of County & Circuit Court, the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller accepts court documents electronically, 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Florida E-Filing Portal.
As County Recorder, the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller accepts documents which are numbered and placed in the Official Records of the County. Upon payment of statutory fees, the Clerk & Comptroller will record a variety of instruments required or authorized to be recorded by law.
