NEW PORT RICHEY, FL ---- The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller’s Office now offers electronically certified court documents and Official Records online.
For a nominal fee, the service allows customers to obtain certified copies of documents such as: deeds, mortgages, notices of commencement, judgments, and marriage licenses through a secure web portal.
Pasco Clerk & Comptroller Nikki Alvarez-Sowles believes customers will love the new service. “Instead of making the trip to one of our Offices to obtain a certified document, those records are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” said Alvarez-Sowles. “It’s part of our ongoing commitment to enhance customer experience.”
Once a purchase is completed, customers will be emailed the certified document. The service provides electronic verification of the authenticity of the certified document for one year after purchase. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view the electronic certification.
To order E-Certify documents, click on E-Services at www.pascoclerk.com. If a record is not available for viewing online, customers may obtain certified documents by visiting the appropriate Clerk’s Office location.
