[ARCHIVED] STORM VICTIMS MUST FILE CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORMS

Hurricanes Helene and Milton affected countless Pasco County residents. Some suffered severe storm damage, others lost everything. These are incredibly difficult times, and the last thing you want to learn is you've missed a court date because you didn't fill out a change of address form. It's a very easy process that takes just a few steps. First, you can go to our website and print out the necessary form:

https://www.pascoclerk.com/DocumentCenter/View/1574/Change-of-Address-PDF - Criminal or Traffic cases

https://www.pascoclerk.com/DocumentCenter/View/192/Change-of-Address-Form?bidId -  Civil or Family cases

Once you've filled out the proper form, you can have it notarized and mail it or file it using the e-filing portal.

Your second option is to bring the completed form to one of our physical locations at the Robert Sumner Judicial Center in Dade City or the West Pasco Judicial Center in New Port Richey.
