Our Office and several other Clerks offices in Florida have been notified of a recent text scam circulating, claiming the recipient has an outstanding traffic ticket that must be paid for, or they will be reported to the DMV violation database, have their vehicle registration and driving privileges suspended and provides a fraudulent link for immediate payment.
Below is what it may look like. Avoid these scams and never click suspcious text links.
