  • Our Office does not perform wedding ceremonies. However, a list of registered officiants is available.

  • There are two ways to do this.

    1. Sign up for a premarital course from a registered provider AND get a reduced marriage license fee of $61 with proof of completion.
    2. Petition the court for a hardship waiver due to an extenuating circumstance.*

     *The extenuating circumstance is decided by a judge, who will either approve or deny the hardship waiver.

    Please note: Those with out of state IDs automatically qualify for the waiver.

  • To obtain a marriage license application, the following are required:

    1. Valid picture ID (U.S. passport, government issued ID, driver's license, military ID).
    2. Knowledge of your Social Security number (card not required).
    3. The month/day/year of last marriage, divorce or widowed date (if applicable).

  • The fee for a marriage license is $86, payable by check, cash, credit, or debit (3.5% service charge applies). The fee can be reduced by completion of an approved marriage counseling program.
