  • Do your homework! If you have received a fraudulent alert notification, that means a document was recorded in your name.

    1. Perform an official records search to check and see if all the documents recorded in your name are valid (notice of commencements, marriage licenses, etc. can trigger an alert)
    2. If a document recorded in your name is fraudulent, call the Pasco County Sheriff's Office non-emergency phone number 727-847-8102.
