Copies of documents in criminal court files may be purchased at the rates listed below.

Note: Some documents are prohibited by law from being copied.

Acceptable forms of payment for fees and costs are:

  • Bank check
  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card – Debit/credit transactions incur a 3.5% transaction fee charged by MyFloridaCounty.

  • In-state business check
  • Money order
  • Personal in-state check with proper identification

Payments for fees and costs must be remitted in U.S. currency. Do not send cash through the mail.
