Criminal Court Financial Obligation Options
Payments toward outstanding criminal court financial obligations may be made by one of the following methods:
Option 1 – Full or Partial Payments
Payments may be made by one of the following methods. Payment vendor service and convenience fees may apply.
Pay Online
The Clerk's Office has partnered with two vendors to provide convenient online payment options. Select the desired site to make your payment online. If your case cannot be located online, please contact our Office. Allow up to two business days for processing.
Pay by Telephone
Contact the nCourt payment processing center at (727) 306-3096. Payments may be made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST. Allow up to two business days for processing.
Pay by Mail
Mail your check or money order, made payable to Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller, to:
Nikki Alvarez-Sowles
Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller
P.O. Box 338
New Port Richey, FL 34656-0338
Include the full case number, and, when applicable, indicate the citation number on the check or money order. Payments received after the due date, regardless of postmark, may incur late fees and suspension of driving privileges.
Pay in Person
Payments may be made in person Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays, at the Robert D. Sumner Judicial Center or the West Pasco Judicial Center.
Option 2 – Request a Payment Plan
Payment plans are available for criminal cases and traffic citations. Upon initiation of your payment plan, the total financial obligation for all included cases, along with any outstanding conditions that may impact your driving privilege, will be provided. A down payment along with a signed copy of the finalized payment plan will be due upon your agreement with the terms. There is a $25 service fee added per case. Contact the Clerk's Office to submit a request.
Additional Information
- Payment plans establish timeframes for payment of criminal court financial obligations to the Clerk's Office. Funds due to other entities, including probation offices, outside programs, and restitution, will not be included in your payment plan.
- Cases that have not been adjudicated are not eligible for a payment plan.
- Payment plans do not extend due dates of outstanding conditions, including, but not limited to, court-ordered defensive driving school or community service.
- Entering a payment plan waives your right to elect a driver improvement course.
- Contact the Clerk's Office if you have additional questions concerning your payment options, payment plan, or driver's license clearance status.
