For your convenience, the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller is offering electronic certified Court and Official Record Documents. Download the E-Certify Customer User Guide for step-by-step instructions.

Certified records are available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Each electronic certified document uses advanced encryption features to produce a tamper-proof electronic certified document that will include a Clerk of Court digital signature. Additionally, your secure electronic certified document will be available to download immediately after purchase. You will also receive the electronic document at the email that you provided at the time of purchase. If the case and/or document is not available for viewing on the website, customers can obtain certified records by visiting the appropriate Clerk's office location.

Fees Per Document

  • $1.00 statutory copy fee (per page)
  • $2.00 statutory certification fee
  • $6.00 convenience service fee

 Please note, there is an additional 3.5% service fee for credit card processing.

Subscription Users

If you subscribe to our Enhanced Internet Access Service (EIAS) you can order a certified document by visiting our subscriber page.

E-Certify VERIFICATION

Clerk E-Certify provides two fast and easy ways to authenticate both your printed copies and your electronic certificates that have been issued by the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller's Office. The document verification link will expire one (1) year from the purchase date.
